From here you can walk to museums, award-winning restaurant patios, coffee shops, food truck parks and more in as little as 2 to 3 minutes. This property houses a modern, luxurious community of sociable working professionals and novice travelers. While it's a lively community in the building and the surrounding area on the weekends as you'd expect, quiet hours are observed from 10pm-6am in the building and 12 mindnight for the surrounding bars regarding live music. Realistically the building community usually quiets by 11:30pm or so. (Mandatory biweekly housekeeping is required if reserving 21+ nights.)
