Arrival instructions to check-in are made available only after guests complete the pre-arrival online check-in which includes a rental agreement, identification verification, and an opetional security deposit of $1000 or non-refundable $45 waiver damage fee. We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) of $1000 or non-refundable (released within 7 days of checkout) $45 waiver damage fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
